26 days have passed since I lodged my first complaint that I cannot call a  number – 0008004401625 – using my Airtel landline or mobile, while the number works on any other service provider’s network!

On last count, quite a few people are still ‘looking into’ my problem and quite a few customer service reps have heard a mouthful from me. On my part, I’ve at least 10 service request numbers on SMS and 2 mails that showcase Airtel’s complete indifference in attending to customer complaints.

Let’s see how far this goes!

Update: Airtel’s Mamta finally confirmed that Airtel doesn’t seem to have a tie-up with that service provider. And that they’re working on it and will let me soon. It took 26 days to decipher?
